Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for the following hosting products:
Shared Hosting (Single and Multi-Domain)
Reseller Hosting
Cloud Hosting

Refund Terms & Conditions

  1. First-Time Purchase Only – Refunds are only available for first-time purchases.
  2. Excluded Plans – Refunds are NOT available for 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month plans.
  3. Promo Code & Discounts – Purchases made using a promo code or coupon are NOT eligible for a refund.
  4. Refund Request Window – You must submit a refund request within 7 days of purchase.
  5. Refund Process – Refunds will be processed within 7 business days through your preferred method (Bank Transfer, PayTM, UPI, etc.).
  6. Third-Party Software & Trials – Refunds do NOT apply to third-party software or trial products purchased separately with hosting.
  7. Abuse Cases – The money-back guarantee is not applicable if your account was suspended for abuse, including:
    • Mass mailing activities
    • Use of nulled scripts or illegal content
